Hello Espoo Info: guidance and advice for immigrants in Espoo

Hello Espoo Info offers foreign-language residents advice on all kinds of everyday matters. If necessary, we will help you find the service you need. If you have questions about housing, employment or education, we will refer you to the appropriate services.

We can help you with the following and many other issues:

filling in forms
official matters (e.g. Kela, Finnish Immigration Service or taxes)
meaningful leisure activities and wellbeing
early childhood education and applying to daycare
social services and benefits

We can offer help in plain Finnish, English or your own language. If needed, we will use a telephone interpreter. On Wednesdays, we provide guidance in Swedish and information about services in Swedish.

You can visit Hello Espoo Info at the Iso Omena Service Centre or contact us by phone or email.

If our opening hours are not suitable for you, you can contact us to book an appointment. If you have questions about residence permits or other issues related to the Finnish Immigration Service, contact us for further instructions.
